It's the transmission computer.you need to replace it.

If the check engine light is blinking , that means a cylinder misfire has been detected
It is a warning that the vehicle's on-board computer senses something wrong with your transmission. It might be simply that it is low on fluid but have it looked at immediately or it could cost you BIG bucks
it could have a bad speed sensor
If it's a driver's side air bag it could be a broken clock spring under the horn pad. The light is blinking it doesn't say which side. How would you know.
alright i have a 1990 Honda prelude si, my s3 light blinks when i drive. I was told that the blinking of the s3 light means that there is something wrong so look under the carpet an look at the red blinking lights for the trouble code. I found the trouble codes an i counted the blinks. the light on the left blinks 9 times and the one on the right blinks one long time then 6 more times.. what does this mean? what do i do next?????
Take it to your local Honda dealer for service. Something is wrong with the air bag system or the SRS light would not be on. They will reset the light after the repair. This is not a DIY repair.
If a child is continually blinking, there is something wrong. They may be having problems with their vision and need to see a physician.
