The first I-pod was released on October 23rd of 2001 by Apple.. Since the release of the Apple iPod in 2001, under the iPod brand Apple has released many variations of its product such as the iPod classic, iPod Touch , iPod Shuffle, iPod Mini, iPod Nano and several spin-off devices such as the iPod Photo.
Yes, shake the ipod to shuffle if you do not want these settings go to settings, music, then turn off shake to shuffle.
you press the play/pause button
it doesnt matter. if you turn it off, it will charge faster. if you leave it on you can still use it, but it charges slower.
To take the shuffle off of your radio on your truck, the steps will vary depending on the type of radio. For example, you might press the "source" button and choose the "external source" option and then press the "shuffle" button on the menu. This causes the shuffle to turn off if it is currently on. You might also try removing the CD or external sound system to shut down the shuffle.
Doesn't it turn off by itself if you leave it alone?
you keep holding on the menu button, i think
unfortunately u can't Turning off a 6th generation ipod: "per apple" 1) you must pause your song 2) allow ipod to enter sleep mode (screen will turn black!) 3) in 36hrs ipod will automatically shut off! -hope this helps
if it is the new ipod (ipod nano 6th gen) you must: . To wait for it turn off when it don't have battery, it will turn of automically. . Then connected to the computer to charge, then it will work normal again.
My best suggestion would be to toggle the hold button on and then off. After you have taken it off hold, hold down the menu button and the middle/select button for about five seconds until it should should off and the apple icon will appear.
