plug it in hold the back button on the full keyboard until it boots up It wont be able to find a signal, so you need to reboot it, but since your power buttin doesnt work you need to reprogram it by dialling ##847446# Then edit, and exit the screen. It should restart the phone and find a signal

Soft reset your iPhone (turn off and turn back on) If that doesnt work try hard reseting you iPhone (hold down sleep/wake button and home button until the apple logo apears- don't worry it doesn't affect your apps/music) If that doesn't work restart your computer. If that doesn't work then download the latest version of itunes.
First you have to turn on the car and hold the #1 button for 30 sec and if this doesnt work you have to press 1234, 8473, 4958,0952,3324,2432,9037, or 549302 this will work you just have to repeat this step over and over again hope this helped :)
Then turn it on. Just kidding, press the home button, if that does not work, then press the sleep/wake button at the top left of the itouch, not the screen. This is for second gen. If that doesn't work, press and hold the sleep/wake button. If that doesn't work, then you're pretty much screwed.
Turn it off and back on. If that doesn't work, there is usually a reset button somewhere. If it doesn't have a reset button, press and hold the power button. If THAT doesn't work, just unplug it for about 10 seconds.
