No, if you mean by "change", to change the pressure at which the dashboard indicator or message lights up to indicate low or high pressure. You can, however, turn the system off.
The system can not be disabled.
Insert the ignition key, and turn it to the ACC (accessory) position. Turn off the radio. Press the display button until Oil Life shows on the radio display. Press the seek button until Tire Pressure Monitor displays. Press the 2nd preset/#2 button. Press the display button again. The tire pressure monitor should now be reset.
disconnect your battery and then reconnect. The light should reset and turn off.

put air in the tire
It should turn off automatically after you put in the correct tire pressure. I just did this the other day.
inflate your tires to recommended pressure (including spare tire) then turn ignition to on (don't have to start the engine) then press the button under the steering column for a few seconds until the light comes out
A Lexus ES 350 tire pressure light will reset on its own. Tire pressure lights will turn off when the tire is at the proper pressure.
Put air in the tire!
First of all check the spare tire pressure.
On a 2004 you just turn off the radio and hold down the display button until you hear a beep and a menu comes up. Press the seek button until you get to tire monitor. Reset tire monitor and turn radio back on. Probably same for a 2006.
