Pull the turn signal lever toward you. If the high beams do not come on, but the headlights work, it is most likely a problem with the high beam switch located at the base of the steering column. The switch is white in color, and has a metal rod that runs down the steering column to operate it. You can check that the metal rod is in the switches retainer, it is common for the metal rod to pop out.
The high beam switch is on the blinker. You either flick it back towards you or push it away from you.
