Are you saying that they are too tight to remove? If that is the case, you slide a piece of pipe (whatever is lying about the house/ yard) over your ratchet to get move leverage on it. The longer the handle on the ratchet, the greater the power by far. You may want to spray it with WD-40 first. Pull on that pipe/ratchet firm and steady instead of herky-jerky.
