Press Shift + F10, the kneeboard will come up, go to "Checklists" and scroll down to the bottom, there will be "Aircraft shutdown" which will show you how to shut the entire plane down.

∙ 11y agothe shortcut to shut off engines is ctrl+shift+F1 umm to do it manually i think you can follow the checklist from the procedures kneeboard. good luck
