How do you turn to luigi in Super Mario Brothers. On the Nintendo DS?

NOTE: You will have to have completed the game for this to work.
On the main menu, before choosing your save file, hold down L and R together while selecting your save file. If you do it right, you will hear Luigi's voice instead of Mario's saying "Here we go!" and you will be able to play as him!
There is no different move with Luigi, the only difference in game is a different character.
