Computer controlled not adjustable
To adjust the idle on a 1994 Eagle, locate the idle speed adjustment screw, which is typically found on the throttle body. With the engine at operating temperature, use a screwdriver to turn the screw clockwise to increase the idle speed or counterclockwise to decrease it. Always ensure the vehicle is in park or neutral, and check the idle RPM with a tachometer to achieve the desired setting. After adjustments, test drive the vehicle to ensure the idle is stable.
You don't. The idle speed is determined by the on board computer and the idle speed control (ISC).
To adjust the idle on a 1994 Toyota pickup, first, ensure the engine is warm and in park or neutral. Locate the idle adjustment screw on the throttle body, which is typically near the throttle linkage. Turn the screw clockwise to increase the idle speed or counterclockwise to decrease it, while monitoring the RPM with a tachometer if available. After adjustments, check for smooth engine operation and make any necessary fine-tuning.
First, are you absolutely sure that you're going to Park Avenue, not Park Avenue South? Because there is a 250 Park Avenue, and also a 250 Park Avenue South. If you're sure it's regular Park Avenue you're going to, then you are headed to East 47th Street. Getting there is pretty straightforward. When you exit Penn Station, you will come out either at the West entrance or the East entrance. The West entrance is between West 33rd and West 34th, on 8th Avenue, and the East entrance is between West 33rd and West 34th on 7th Avenue. Walk east on 33rd or 34th until you hit Park Avenue (three to four avenue blocks). At Park Avenue, turn left, and walk north to East 47th Street. The address -- 250 Park Avenue -- is between East 46th and East 47th, but closer to 47th. If it's Park Avenue South you're looking for, then the directions are almost the same, except when you hit Park Avenue, you need to turn right, and walk south until you get to East 20th Street. The address -- 250 Park Avenue South -- is on or near the corner of 20th.
FUSE!

Not adjustable. Sounds like the throttle position sensor.
To adjust the idle on a 1994 Hyundai Excel, first ensure the engine is warm. Locate the idle adjustment screw on the throttle body; it may be covered by a plastic cap. Turn the screw clockwise to increase the idle speed and counterclockwise to decrease it, checking the RPM with a tachometer as you adjust. After adjustments, let the engine run for a few minutes to stabilize the idle speed before finalizing the setting.
