You can't.
You have to have the sims 2 seosons installed, when you have, plant some trees (on which grow apples, Oranges or lemons) then, get your sim to care for the trees (Like Spraying it from bugs, cutting the uneven edges...) then throught some time your sim is gonna turn into the plant person!
If you want a plant sim without Sims 2 Seasons, go to thesims2.com
Once your on the website, at the top there will be an icon saying "Exchange" click it.
It will bring you to a page and in a white box with "Keyword" above it type in Plant sim.
It will come up with sims that are plant sims. You can go to page 2 and 3 and all that at the bottom of the page. Once you have chosen the one you want then download it. There should be a button saying download. Click it. Be warned, Im not quite sure but you might have to sign up for it first. Im fizzysweete, visit me!!!

∙ 12y agoFor your sim to become a plantsim all they have to do is use a lot of pesticide.The quickest and most simple way to do so is to have many fruit trees and vegetables growing on your lot without the protection of greenhouses and ladybird posts, that way they can quickly become infested with pests for your sims to spray.Around 25 or more sprays of pesticide should cause your sims to transform into leafy green plantsims (this can only happen with elder or adult sims).

∙ 14y agoOk, first you type in: boolprop TestingCheatsEnabled true (in the neibourhood),
Then go to the family,
buy 7 fruit-trees.....The you Shift-Click on each tee and click on :
DEBUG infest with bugs,
Then let your sims you want to change, spray many. (just click on a tree)
Do that for a few times....(takes atleast half a day in sims time....)
And WALLA! A dust-cloud will surround your sim and he/she will change into a PlantSim!!!!!

∙ 14y agoYou can only make or have a plant sim if you have the sims 2 seasons downloaded on your computer. If you do then unfortunately there is no 'easy' way to create one. What you have to do is when in the neighborhood view bring up the cheat box (ctrl+shift+c) and type in 'boolprop testingcheatsenabled true' then press enter. Then buy a tree that you can harvest fruit from ('ambrosial apple tree' or 'ambrosial orange tree' or 'ambrosial lemon tree') and hold shift and click on the tree. Choose the option 'Infest with bugs'. Keep spraying the tree with pesticides constantly and eventually maybe your sim will turn into a plant sim.
