First you have to have Sims 2 Pets Expansion pack. There are 2 ways to do it. The cheats way is to hit Ctrl + Shift + C and type in boolProp testingcheatsenabled true Then hit enter and hold down the shift key while clicking on your mailbox. then click "Make NPC" and then look until you find "leader of the pack" after a while a black dog with glowing eyes will appear then greet him and when he appears on your relationship icon drag the 2 bars under the dog all the way. then shift chick the dog and hit "make selectable" after that you drag his relationship with the same Sim that you did to him then shift click the dog and hit make unselectible and rib his belly or something. then don't do anything and it will eventually try to scratch their chin and the wolf will bite them. then from 8 pm to 6 am they will be a werewolf. it does not always work but you might have to make him come again if he leaves the same way mailbox NPC. the non-cheat way is to wait until a yellow eyed wolf comes to your house and build the relationship.
