to me it sounds like what you want to do is copy and paste it. just go into you resume and drag your mouse over the text it should all become blue. now right clink it and click copy. close your resume and open your email go to where you enter your text right click it and click paste.
on your phone, go to "new message" then type in your email address. then type whatever your wanting to send. then send it. easy as that..
goto start pick run type "notepad" enter type your resume and safe as filename.txt
Go to email program, type your message, and chosse you rcontact to send it to and press send.

well there should be a required email address for the certain person... if they have a email..you'd go type it in to send something off a website to that person.. if your sending it off your email...compose a message and type in their email as the recipient to send it to them..

the way you send your friend code depends on the code. Normally, you can copy the code into an email and just email it to someone or you can type it into a text message and send it.
