You can't use "+" in a WikiAnswers question. The only symbols allowed in a question are a period, hyphen, and question mark. Instead, you could use the word plus.

Yes, anyone in the world can write an answer to a question on WikiAnswers. However, if you are not a registered user, you are limited to editing categories, writing the first answer to a question, and asking questions. To be able to edit a question, you must sign into an account.

That is a known issue. The only way to edit questions currently is either from the WikiAnswers homepage (if the question appears there) and from the question homepage.

How can you remove a question from WikiAnswers?
If a question is clearly spam or vandalism it should be removed. E-mail Wikianswers@answers.com with the question URL or wording. However, unless it's really offensive, you can consider rewording the question instead. First sign in. Then click "Edit question," fix the wording, and click Save.
