The basic answer is that, you can't. Club Penguin patches them and unless you work there, or can access their servers, you can't unpatch the item. If you really just want to wear it (although no one else can see it) just go to edit your penguin and type in the id you want to wear (depending on if it is a body item, head item,etc.)
