How do you unban utorrent?

If you are talking about your windows firewall blocking it then this is how.

1.click on control panel

2. then on system and security

3. then click on windows firewall

4. click on allow a program or feature through windows firewall.

now you should see all of your programs look for utorrent and click to make a check mark next to is.

I don't know if you mean "allow utorrent in my firewall" or "remove bans in the utorrent program" but if you mean the second one the banlist wipes itself when you quit the program. Yeah I know that's really inconvenient and yes people have been complaining for years about the lack of a "reset banlist" button like other torrent programs have.
