Do not add vinegar. You need to remove any components that are in the way of removeong the hoses.
It does not appear it is advised to flush your water heater with distilled white vinegar.
No.
NO, it will not damage the vehicle engine by turning the heater ON before the engine has warmed up fully.
make sure the floor has no water damage, a water heater that size will weigh 350 lbs when full. it may fall thru if floor has any rot in it.
In a heart beat
how do i replace a front heater core, back heater core, and a heater motor in a 2001 Chrysler town and country? need a detailed description.
without knowing the extent of the damage I can only say that any impact causing damage to any of the hoses, fittings or in the area of the heater core can make it leak or prevent coolant from flowing through it.
through a cracked heater core - possible.
The heater coil and a heater core is the same thing. Hot water circulates from the engine and through the heater core then back to engine generating heat for your heater system.
Acids such as vinegar or use a proprietary kettle descaling fluid.
Same way the heater on your truck works... coolant is run through the engine system, becomes heated, is run through a heater coil, and a blower blows the heated air around the heater coil through the ductwork to heat up the vehicle.
No such part on a Town and Country. There is a blend air motor under the dash that controls the heater output.
