i had the same problem, there really is no "MyAIM" and they tell you to go there to format it, still havent figured that one out. there is a loophole though if your willing, it worked for me. all you gotta do is download AIM 5.9 (the old version; you can do straight from aim.com), format it on there (there is a "MyAIM" on there and its right under that to format it) and then after your done, uninstall it. im not sure if you HAVE to uninstall 6.5 first but i did just to be safe and then i reinstalled it afterward. :] hope this helps!
