This program is a real nightmare - and to make it worse when you go to Google to search for help on uninstalling it - your only getting help by downloading more spyware programs that cost money! I found the simpliest way to delete this joke of a program - Go to start menu - search - than click files and folders on the left side task bar - once clicked type in "personal security" in the file keyword search bar - than below is a drop down menu click on the drop arrow and choose "local hard drive (C:)" than press search/ok - this will take a few minutes - the first two files will come up as short cuts (delete by right clicking the file and selecting delete) than the uninstall file should show up next - Personal security hid this file in a dummy file that has nothing to do with the program itself - Which is smart but not that smart - now click on the file that says uninstall and it will prompt the uninstall process and delete this thief software off your computer
