How do you unlock Hornswoggle on Smackdown vs Raw 2010?

Hornswoggle comes unlocked,but he is a known playable manager like smackdown vs. raw 2009. If you play as him you wont do anything. You can't come out from under the ring. But, you can press left on the taunt button and rb for Xbox 360 for him to come out from under the ring and through a shialaghly in the ring. On psp you press the r button and left on the analog stick.I only said two because those are the two systems I have the game for.
