There are two different games where you can unlock Riku:
Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days:
Reach mission 172 on Story Mode. This unlocks the character Riku to be played in Mission mode and multiplayer. Riku is in an Organization XIII outfit and is wearing a blindfold.
Kingdom Hearts Chain Of Memories/RE: COM:
Complete the story mode as Sora and unlock the special 'Reverse/Rebirth' mode. This unlocks a slightly different story mode involving Riku and his experience in Castle Oblivion.
