It is a Chinese made 49cc or 98cc motor. They are based on the Honda Z50 and upwards motors, but they are not identical, although very similar. Pagsta Motors are unfortunately not interchangeable with many of the cheaper Chinese pitbike motors due to the individual offset of the rear sprocket.
Pagsta Motorcycles use parts from China, Japan, America, and Europe, although the majority of manufacture is done in the pagsta factory China.

I assume you're speaking as if the motor is locked up. If that's the case, you'll either have to rebuild it or order a new motor.
simple piece of advice..you can put a horizontal 125 in there if you want ...as long as it is horizontal but the catch is you have to put the spark coil on that goes to the 110 to give the engine the proper spark
You put 0.8 liters of oil
Pull the spark plugs and crank the motor over and over. be sure to have an other car there to jump it if you run out of juice.
To replace a blower motor on the resistor first you take off the nozzle and then you go into the motor through the nozzle and unlock it then repeat and oil and done.
The driver door does not unlock the power locks for a few reasons. This motor could be burned out or the wires could not be attached correctly.
The Pagsta bikes have a wire mesh (screen) filter that are simply cleaned with gas or blown clean using compressed air when y'all drain the oil. The filter sits on top of the drain plug bolt up inside the engine crank case.
with the motor running and radio off press buttons 1 and 4 on the radio this should unlock the radio
