How do you unlock cannon from world 1?

It's easy if you can beat the level W2-2. Then beat W2-3 and you unlock the cannon level. If you want to go on, Use the pipe. If you don't want to skip levels, play the W2-3 level again. Then you unlock the next level (In the same world). The cannon goes to W5 (World 5).

First go to world 4 haunted house, next at mini Mario at the fifth/sixth room jump on the pipe to the next room and kick-jump on the three blocks, then kick-jump through the thin path until you reach the door, finally enter the door to the red flag.

First, you must find the alternative exit in level 2-3. The exit is found in the room with the water rising and falling. Once the orange button is hit, swim up to the top room and hit the second switch. Then you must hurry to the platform up the very top and exit the level from there. This will unlock level 2-A.

You must find another alternative exit. Jump from the last spinning platform. Head as far right as possible, then land upon the Red Koopa, to bounce up and fly up again and reach the yellow warp pipe on the right. GO through the yellow pipe, and then follow on and finish the level to unlock the World 2 Cannon.

This cannon will take you to World 5.

Go to the world 1 tower at the 2nd star coin at the door DO NOT go into the door. Jump over the two moving blocks on the right and smash through the blocks with a shell to the red pipe. Enter the pipe to the red flag.
