how do you unlock Gouken

first u unlock everybody except for seth

if u have'NT here

IN ARCADE MODE!!!!!!

After u have unlocked these characters beat the game with any body getting 3 perfections to face the almighty akuma the easy way is set it to one round and get as many perfections as u can before u can get to seth get about 3-4 perfections

u should see a grey line across the screen after the seth battle after that beat akuma then u should unlock him

after that that beat the game with ryu and insted of getting all perfections get 2 perfections and the rest, finish ur other opponents with ultra combos or ryu's metzu hadooken if u don't know how to do it for Xbox 360 controller down up down up press the button LH-MH-HH AND U SHOUD DO IT then after seth the screen should split across the screen after the seth battle then defeat gouken and u get him.
