Ignition Lock Cylinder
Removal & Installation
1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Detach the key warning chime connector.
3. Turn the key to the RUN position.
4. Place a 1/8 in. wire, pin, or small drift punch into the upper steering column shroud under the lock cylinder. Depress the retaining pin while pulling the lock cylinder out of the column.
To install:
5. Install the lock cylinder by turning the key to RUN position and depressing the retaining clip.
6. Insert the lock cylinder until it is fully seated and aligned with the inter-locking washer.
7. Turn the key to the OFF position, allowing the retaining pin to properly seat.
8. Install the 2 shroud halves and retaining screws.
9. Connect the negative battery cable.
10. Check for proper starting in PARK and NEUTRAL.
its the 2nd cylinder back on the rider side of the engine

key does not start the truck and will not come all the way back to lock.
Remove ignition transformer to reach it. There should be 2 camshaft position sensors on the 5.4L engine - visibly on the front right cylinder head and the other visibly on the front of the left cylinder head. Remove ,Replace, then return ignition transformer.
TAKE A ALLEN KEY SMALL ONE AND RIGHT UNDER THE SWITCH IS A HOLE PUT IT IN THERE AND TURN THE KEY TO START POSITION AND PUSH THE PIN WIGGEL THE IGNITION SWITCH AROND IT WILL COME OUT
Try to some how remove the door panel. And unlock it from the inside out
