In Silvermoon City (and the Blood Elf starting areas) are Warlock Trainers. Simply ask a guard for directions by right-clicking them, and selecting "Class Trainers" and "Warlock". How do you get to org as a blood elf?
To get to Orgrimmar, any Horde character can use the Orb of Translocation located in Sunfury Spire in Silvermoon City to go to Undercity. From there, you simply take the Zeppelin, located just outside Undercity, to Orgrimmar. It takes a bit of walking for a low level character, however it gets the job done. If you do not wish to take that route, then you will have to have a mage make you a portal to Orgrimmar, or have a Warlock and some friends summon you there.
