You have to beat Seperate Ways w/ Ada Wong. You unlock Seperate Ways by beating Normal mode once. After you beat normal, go to extras and you will find Seperate Ways. Beat that and you unlock the Chicago Typewriter which has unlimited ammo and has 10 damage! Kills Dr.Salvador in a few hits!

In order to get the Chicago Typewriter, you must first complete the game. Then, beat Assignment Ada and you should have the Typewriter in stores. Just remember that it is costly but worth it. Another cool thing is that if you have the PS2 or Wii version of Resident Evil 4 then listen closely. After you beat Separate Ways, you will get another costume for Leon and Ashley. This one is a tux for Leon and a suit of armor for Ashley. With this armor, Ashley can withstand any blow you make on her. That includes rocket launchers. When the ganados pick up Ashley, don't worry about her. They will drop her because of the heavy armor. Another cool thing is that she will never die no matter how hard you try. Now what I'm going to tell you is that you can only do this with the tux so keep this in mind. Reload the Chicago Typewriter 4 times. I won't tell you what will happen but you will laugh.

It is the BEST GUN EVER! In RE4 it's a machine gun that can kill the Jack Krauser in about 10 min at max. You unlock by completing Assignment Ada.
