After another 60 days, you/she will give birth, the game will skip ahead 3 years and the circus will appear. Not only will the circus be there but there will also be the first of two hot springs. The circus never puts on a show due to the fact all their performers ran away. Having the circus can trigger several random events including one involving your child.Hope that helped.
