  • double click the word (that's what I usually do)

or, if your hand is not on the mouse but the keyboard the fastest way is:

  • with the insertion point to the left of the word press the Ctrl + Shift + right arrow

or

  • with the insertion point to the right of the word press the Ctrl + Shift + left arrow

The key for it should be on the back of the case the installation disks came in. Go to help, then Activate, then enter the key as prompted.
