Right Click "My computer" and click Manage Click Device Manager click on the item "CD/DVD ROM drives" right click on the devices and click "update Device Driver". hope this helped.
CD drivers and DVD drivers are both equally common. CD drives is a drive that reads a compact disc and that is connected to an audio system. A DVD drive is an optical disc storage media format.
Go to device manager... control panel>system>hardware>device manager to check out the region code, if it is not in ur country's region, the DVD drive certainly cannot read it.
Drivers are not necessary for modern CD/DVD drives. There is a generic driver built into the operating system.
The CD or DVD drivers speed is measured by xX e.i 24X. The higher the burning X speed the faster it will burn
Disks that can be played on DVD ROM drives are the kinds of disks with movies on them. DVD ROM drives such as music can't be played because DVD ROM drives are specifically for playing movies.
DVD drives don't require a driver to be installed. All modern operating systems have a generic driver that will work with all of them.
One can buy dvd cd drives online through sites such as Amazon and eBay. Stores like Staples and Best Buy also sell dvd cd drives. Target and Sears, some locations, also sell dvd cd drives.
Try to uninstall the DVD RW drivers at right click on my computer>Properties>Hardware>Device Manager and find the DVD ROM drives right click Unistall. If not working, i have not what else to tell.BUY a new one
Mine has 1 but my system can hold up to 4 DVD drives at once
"A specification from the DVD Forum that certifies DVD drives for media compatibility. Drives with the DVD Multi logo can read and write DVD-RAM, DVD-RW and DVD-R discs as well as read DVD-Video and DVD-ROM. DVD Multi drives may also be able to play DVD-Audio discs.
