she actually said to go to a place where you got cursed if you have bobbery go to hook tail castle and go to the place where the spikes came out of the ground then look for a crack on the wall then use bobbery to blow it up then hit the switch if there is one it might be invisible not all the time though when you hit the switch in the air open the chest you will get an up arrow then give it to the person who ranks up your partner and she wil get a red ball instead of a blue (you can still rank up once) then you can rank them up twice!
