Go to Kia-fx.com or kfxperformance.com. Both sites will have stuff for your Rio like headers and intake. One site even has a specific turbo kit you could install (sorry, can't remember which at the moment). The.turbo alone will give you between 180 and 220 depending on how It's tuned. But, basically you can upgrade your horsepower the same as any car. It's just going to take more work and more searching than it does for a civic.
