To upgrade your house you must first buy the coffee table before the house upgrade option will appear in Gotz shop.

You can buy the coffee table off channel 2 of the harvest Sprite station.

To open channel 2 you must purchase an item from the supermarket for 10 days running (except from tuesdays and Sundays obviously.)

You must first have bought all of the extra items for your house from the shopping network (channel 2) such as the table, clock, etc. Once you have done this you can select "upgrade house" from Gotz list of renovations and projects. If you have not yet unlocked channel 2 it can be done by purchasing at least on item from the 'super market' over the phone for ten days (they do not have to be consecutive).
