You move your cursor to 'Publish' and click 'Document manager (upload)'
Then you go to the box labelled 'upload new document.'
Go to 'File on computer' and click the button next to it. Search for your document and click 'ok.' Now you only have to give your document a name in the 'label' box and you're done!
