first , if you can find your snip tool you can use that on it .then save it to a file in your documents.annother way is to drag your mouse over the picture then right click , press copy go inside a file then right click a empty space then press paste.

It depends greatly on what program you used to create that picture you've drawn, and what you're plans are with that picture. If you are going to print it, saving a image as a PDF is the best file type to use for printing. If you're using it on the internet, saving that picture file as a jpeg is best for traveling over the internet. On a PC, right click usually will give you the option of Save As... on a Mac, under Edit gives you the same option. There is another way to save your image as a screenshot, default jpeg image.
On a PC... Press ALT and Print Screen (hold down Alt when you press Print Screen) for taking a screenshot of the active window. When a cross arrow is on your screen, crop the area you want to save on the screen, and press enter, and save it.
On a Mac press and hold command+shift+3 to take entire screenshot. It will be saved by default as a jpeg on your screen.
