You need an 'Action Replay' game cartridge, they are found in many stores and online. They come with a pre-installed amount of codes, including some for Animal Crossing. But the cartridge also comes with a CD in which you can use to download more codes in mere seconds!

There are no codes for this so far and if you use i cheat it does not change your person but it is lisensed and indorsed by Nintendo so it won't send any virus Ok one thing is that no there are no codes for doing that but there are codes for it (eg. infintite bells) the other thing is that you can get a virus from an action replay code. the codes will freeze your game and they can give it a virus
