You can either syphon it out with a hose and your mouth, or you can go buy a little hand pump type of syphon that will allow you to syphon the gas out without the use of your mouth and into containers, or possibly even directly to another vehicle.
Use a pump or syphon
Use a mechanical hand pump that you can purchase at almost any of our parts store.
Pump it out or use a syphon are the two easiest methods.
with an electric fuel pump.
Use a hand pump you can purchase at any auto parts store for very little to remove the gas. Do not try siphoning with your mouth. Swallowing or inhaling a small amount of gasoline can kill you.
It is extremely dangerous to siphon gasoline. Swallow a little bit and you will get extremely sick. Inhale a little bit into your lungs and you will die and die very quickly. Do not do it. Purchase an inexpensive hand pump at almost any Auto Parts Store and use that to pump out the fuel.
Methods: using a pump, a liquid syphon, a funnel, pipettes, free flowing etc.
In a pinch you can do it with a length of garden hose to get it started and gravity will do the rest, but it's safer to get one of those siphoners with a hand pump from the auto parts store. they are cheap and no one wants gas in their mouth.

If you overfill the crankcase it will put a lot of strain on the pil pump and gasekts. You should try to purchase an inexpensive syphon (at an auto parts or hardware store) and syphon out the excess.
