You don't exactly PUT a picture on Google, when you make a website, e.g. someone puts up a site about animal shelters donate etc. if they have picture of a cat than google will look for pictures of cats then it will have the picture of an abused cats or something, BTW if you put up a picture (you have to make a website first) then that doesn't guarantee that someone with see it it may be on the 17th page and we all know that nobody goes that far. My point is 1 you have to make a website if you ever want something on google.com 2. it still doesn't guarantee that everybody WILL see it.

Whenever you click on a Google image result, you are taken to the web-page it originally came from. In order to "put a picture on Google", you have to upload an image (which is saved as or captioned as what the searcher would enter into Google) to a website.

Example:

"Jennifer Aniston on holiday" would be an appropriate caption for a picture of Jennifer Aniston (you guessed it) on holiday.

You can't actually upload images into Google as it is a search engine, meaning that it searches other websites. Unless your picture appears on a website, it won't appear on Google searches.

Actually your question is not very clear but if you want to make a link to a picture to google or any other website you have to make a anchor text , this can be easily made with any html editor like front page . You just have to import picture on a page in frontpage , right click it , and add a hyper link , then a dialog box will open in which you have to fill in website address. Hit ok and viola your image is linked to the website.
