Go to settings in the top right corner underneath your name. There at the top left you will see TwitPic and then under that there should be Mobile, Privacy, and Manage. Click on the Manage tab. Then you will see Refresh Account and underneath that you will see a message. Hit refresh account and your profile picture from Twitter should come up. (:

Save the picture to your iPad first. Then follow these steps:Go to Profile > Edit Profile > Profile ImageChoose "saved photos" and select the image you previously saved.
You can use TwitPic (see related link) and sign in with your twitter account.

If someone posts a link to a picture you can view it without them knowing. All they will know is how many people have viewed it (assuming they use a website that has a view count such as TwitPic) but they don't know which individual users.
