Two options... first, go to your home page and click the button "Send Energy to Your Mafia". The second option would be to go into your mafia list and click on the button about sending energy to your mafia.

∙ 14y agoI was told that you only get those energy packs when no one in your mafia sends you one on a given day. You still have to wait 23 hours before you can use another Energy Pack. It's just like getting one from your mafia.

if you like to give energy pack to your mafia, just click the send energy to mafia icon in the Mafia Wars homepage. if you want to give an energy pack to a specific user, find him in your mafia family and beside his or her name will appear an icon of send energy if the player is available to use an energy pack. remember energy pack can only be used once every 23 hrs.

You can get a energy buff in Mafia Wars when other members in your mafia send you a energy pack. When you get the energy pack it refills your energy and adds another 25% on top of your normal energy. You can only get a energy buff once every 24 hours though.
