You will take the cap off the mouth piece then you will exhale(breath out), count to five. Breath in while pressing the medication. Then you will hold that for 3 secconds and exhale. Many people find it hard to use an Inhaler at first but do not be afraid. Do not overuse it but i can help with your athsma. hope i h
