did you search thru the list there are 30 complete memo's on 8 or 9 disks in all try searching it again if you dont find any than maybe you didnt get any im not sure but searching it again usauly helps. btw the disks you get usaualy tells you where to find things on the planet you are on sometimes not but keep looking they may show up in there soon.
