I use Norton 360 from Symantec. It's wonderful!
When you have several computers in an office, for example, and each has a 360 installed.
yes but you have to make sure you have the right one and that it is mac certified

Yes, unless the computer comes with the Norton Antivirus Software preinstalled. Of course, if I were you, I would let the 60-90 day trial subscription run out then download (if and ONLY if it is for personal computer use) the free basic AVG antivirus software. If you are using it for a business network, i would still use AVG. Norton has a tendancy to put a Windows virus on your computer, thus making the computer completely inoperable. A fellow college student said that her laptop had Norton and it had put a virus on her computer. So, in other words, Norton is NOT a reliable antivirus software to use.
To put it briefly, the only difference between these two applications is the amount of the online storage space included in package price. Standard Norton 360 3.0 comes with 2GB of online storage you can use to backup your files, whereas Norton 360 Version 3.0 Premier Edition includes 25GB of online space available for your backup data. Files are stored on a remote server at the Symantec datacentre.

Yes Norton 360 protects you against known spyware. Norton 360 is Symantec's version of the popular Windows Live Onecare. Norton is also a good product. Its UI or user interface is easy to use and it is a suite. A suite is a large piece of software that has a lot of features. Suites are good because they offer a the user to control many aspects of their machine. I recommend Norton 360 or Windows Live Onecare as two very good suites. Also make sure you keep your software updated. Not even suites will fully protect you if they are not updated.
