near the hideout in Tiber island there is a doctor. go to that doctor and at the bottom it will say shop quest, click on that and it will come up with a list of items you need to complete the quest. once you have all the required items speak to the doctor again and the poison darts will be unlocked and available to buy

∙ 13y agoAt a certain point during the campaign of the game, you run into your old pal Leonardo da vinci. You can buy the poison dart modification from him as well as many other things. He will tell you where you can find him (benches marked with a letter L) and you will both sit down so that the two of you are not spotted making deals.
