How do you use the euclid's C-finder on fallout new Vegas?

You have to go to Fort Mcarrin I think it was, its the one with a lot of solar panels. Go inside the building and find the two people working on the generators or whatever it was talk to both of them and get passwords for both terminals, go inside the building close to all the pipes and you should find a lot of robots,(by the way if you have a low repair, i think below 65 gather the robots scrap metal) there is a terminal to the right or left if you can hack I am pretty sure you can deactivate most of the robots. If you just pretty much follow the path until you get into a room with a terminal on the left it is not going to work. To the right of the terminal is a little metal cylinder on the floor repair it and the terminal will work go onto the terminal and direct the power to the C-finder. Next just go to the top floor and activate the solar panels (have to do it during the day) and you can use the C-finder (only during the day) The loation is called Helios One.
