Use the medi-hose to wash the Locator Device out of the disposal vent in the infirmary. Once you pick up the hose, you have a limited length, so you cannot go around the outside. Instead, go left and up to the center hub of the circular room, then down and right to reach the Maintenance Area. Use the hose on the vent and the Locator Device will wash out of the other end. (Exit using the BioWaste door.)
It is on the back of the lunar rover. To use it, click it and carry the hook to where you need it.

Just click on the rear of the lunar rover, and the winch line will be in your hand. Click where you want to use it (meteor, surface rock).
Despite the admonishing sign, the medi-hose is just what you need to flush the vent where the Locator Device is. Take the hose and go directly up toward the hub of the rooms. When you get there, come back down to the right, into the Maintenance Area. Use the hose, get the device, and exit through the BioWaste chute to your left.
Use the winch. Click the winch hook, then walk over and click the crystal.
You don't use one on the Purple Monolith. Use the rover's winch as you did with the meteorite, to pull the surface rocks away.
You have to use the medical hose, which is on a reel to the right. Pick up the hose and carry it up into the circular layout of the rooms. Go up and left 4 times until you reach the center or hub. When the rooms turn slightly, go down and right and you should reach the Maintenance Area with hose to spare. Use the hose to flush the waste vent at the right side, to reveal the locator device. Leave through the exit at the left side.
There is no electric saw on Lunar Colony. To enter the Infirmary at the Research Lab, climb to the top and use the pressure chamber to temporarily squash you down, then quickly slip past the boxes that are blocking the door. The exit from the Infirmary is in the maintenance area.
The winch is already on the rover. To move the meteor, and later some rocks, click the winch hook and carry it to where you want to use it.
When you reach the purple crystal, use the winch to pull it out of the ground. Follow the light beam it projects to where it crosses the other beam, and dig there.
Climb to the top right side of the room and press the button that opens the sun shade. Use the reflectors located to the right and left to reflect the beam across and down to the solar panel on the rover.
After you chase her to the Rock lab, you can't find her again. When you use the Geiger Counter to find the Purple Artifact, she catches up to you.
