If you mean the monitor on halo 3 forge then no, you cannot make the monitor use a laser. Only the monitor from the campaign (343 guilty spark) can use its laser, which it will do when prevoked.
use the forge feature in any game after halo 3. In Halo CE, there is no way to do it.
sorry, yes in fact you need to use forge.
You can't unless you use mods.
if you get map packs on each map their are different and sometimes more objects to be used in forge.
Yes, Halo Reach does have a Forge mode, it's found in the main menu. Further information: Scroll down in the main menu until you see the Forge option, select it, and you will be able to choose which map you wish to edit by selecting a map, you then make sure that you have put the setting on basic editing so you can use the Forge editor, then have fun playing with the forge! Happy editing :D
if you are saying how do you make your own world in halo reach, use forge mode to make a map.
You can use the hornet. You must choose and place it, the map must also be able to accept and use the hornet. As some maps are vehicle specific on what can and can not be placed on them.
You only get it when you are doing forge mode
