If you are using your email address to verify your Facebook account, you should receive an e-mail from Facebook asking you to click on a link to verify your account.
If you are using your mobile phone number to verify your account, you will receive a text message with a code. Enter that code into the Facebook webpage that is requesting the code.
If you have not yet received and email or a text, or accidentally deleted it, you should be able to find a verify tab in either Account Settings or Privacy Settings.
