You need 100% of quest points or a Unicorn. If you have the 100% award you go to the Unicorn uniter on Cloud Isle with 3 sugar chunks and talk to him then he sends you to Tranquility Isle and you take the boat from there. If you are using a Unicorn then you just type in !warp Drill and it will take you to Drill Isle. Hope this Helped GloriousAngel-Dun

How do you get to the unicorn on HorseIsle?
Go to the Equestrian Park, walk east until you get to Tail Forest, go through the maze (if you can) and go to the cabin. Walk to the old tree, click the wrench in the bottom-right corner and choose the magnifying glass and it will send you into the meadow next door. The unicorn is in there somewhere.
What is the rarest horse you can own on horseisle?
There isn't a 'rarest' breed you can own. You can RENT a Pegasus or Unicorn for 1million on Cloud Isle for 2 real hours, that's as rare as you could get, but you can't own one.
