Some basic strategies are to always be looking to tag other players as typically you get more points for tagging a person than you lose for being tagged.
Another recommended strategy is to keep moving so as to make it harder for others to tag you.
With some systems, certain sensors are easier to tag than others, so if you really want to know, the best advice is to ask the employees of the laser tag facility what sensors are easier to tag than others.
You can also play outdoor laser tag. The laser use infrared, just like your TV remote control, however it is more difficult to use these "store bought" systems in full daylight.

∙ 14y agoIn the standard game of laser tag, you get more points when you tag someone than you lose when you get tagged. That said, the basic strategy is to always find someone to tag vs. finding a hiding spot in the arena.
More advanced strategies include constantly moving back and forth when other players are trying to tag you in order to avoid being tagged. Some Laser Tag systems give you points for tagging bases and points for accuracy so incorporating those into your strategy can also help you gain more points.
also try to go at your opponent sideways, this will give him/her a less chance of hitting your big targets.

Simple terms: it's just not possible. The minimum for playing is a phasor (the laser blaster that's used for all of laser tag) and your sensor vest. You'll also want some sort of scoring system. Thanks for understanding!
