How do you work answercom?

If you want to work for Answers, then you would need to apply like everyone else, with the appropriate credentials. Here is a list of the currently open positions.

If you only mean as a volunteer supervisor, then you would have to show your value to the site. Then try to get into programs. The TIP program is the most direct way to become a supervisor.

From the homepage look at the top right corner and select "Careers". From there you can apply for a job to work. You can also volunteer for non pay as a contributor.
